Me and UHMEEEEBA have teamed up to bring you two characters from two “different” universes!

Make sure you download both of them, as they have special interaction with each other.

Anyway, you may be wondering why UHMEEEEBA only made Metalman’s stage and not Luste Teuber’s. Well basically the backgrounds in Rosenkreuzstilette (the game Luste comes from) blow, so he skipped on that. However, I never like to take things out without putting stuff in, so here are two stages I made that have nothing to do with either.

Yes I have finally ruptured my MUGEN 1.0 hymen. Not much that I’ve done that you couldn’t do outside of the other MUGEN build outside of the resolution.

Anyway, for the compressed story behind this one:

Vyx makes BrokenMUGENHD
Vyx makes a shitty stage from a google image search result with no regard to delta
Cybaster takes the base image from that same result and makes Country Enforcers for MUGEN 1.0
Vyx tries to sue Cybaster and get the stage removed and fails
Cybaster challenges RenegadeMUGEN to use the same image to make a stage, adding whatever they felt like adding to it.
I do it with minimal effort on my part.

Scrapyard (From TMNT: Tournament Fighters). My first attempt at parallaxing a stage, especially an SNES one. Give it a shot! (Note the parallaxing effect doesn’t work in MUGEN 1.0 for some reason)
